Job DescriptionThe Davidson lab is looking for postdoctoral or more senior research candidates interested in working on developing novel stimuli-responsive polymers and investigating the impact of processing via 3D printing on the structure and performance of structured polymers. We seek candidates with expertise in the following areas: small-molecule and polymer synthesis, polymer characterization, rheology of complex fluids, and analysis of soft materials via scattering methods. Individuals committed to original research as well as excellence in education and mentoring are encouraged to apply. PhD required.
Appointments are for one year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding.
