Position Highlights:
The Plant Operator II preforms demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Mechanical, Utilities and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.
Credentials and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Seven (7) years experience chiller/boiler service related technician is required; inclusive of three (3) years healthcare experience required.
Ability to work various work shifts and/or weekends as needed
Valid Florida State Driver's License
Ability to travel between other Moffitt Cancer Center facilities
Evidence of good driving record and maintain a good record per Moffitt policy
OSHA 10 hour certificate must be obtained within 6 months of employment
