GROUP LEADER – COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGY PROGRAM (2 positions)

- Appointments will be considered at the level of new group leader (Level C) through to experienced Associate Professor (Level D).
Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac) is seeking two exceptional new research Group Leaders with an established or aspiring skill-set and broad strategic fit with our key strengths and strategic priorities.
We have a specific focus on building and expanding our Computational Biology Program that uses mathematics, statistics and computing to generate new discoveries in cancer. There are strong synergies between researchers in this program and the other research programs at Peter Mac that provide a breadth of collaborative opportunities for the new appointee. The Group Leader will develop and lead a team conducting internationally significant and innovative research to enhance our understanding of cancer development from fundamental biological principles of cancer to progression, evolution and translation into clinical practice.
