- Develop marketing strategy, planning, coordinating and executing all marketing activities of brands in order to develop and maintain strong brand maximize short and long-term sales revenue and profits.

Develop brand plan to achieve business objectives:
Lead the development of short and medium term marketing plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded Responsible for key departments strategy, marketing activities, KOL engagement and budget management Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business strategies / plans to address them Development and execution of marketing activities to ensure meeting brand objectives with clear plans, objectives, goals and KPIs for own projects Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies Maintain and update brand information and knowledge Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects to ensure effectively meet business strategies and objectives

Lead the conversation with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:
Develop good communication with sales department to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and key programs Provide ad-hoc support to sales organisation in fulfilling brand objectives Establish good relationship with other functions and to ensure strong communication and collaboration Actively and openly contribute to the intra and inter-team collaboration to improve business performance and coordinate collaboration between different stakeholders Understand key customers’ needs, maintain and establish good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers

Education 教育背景
- Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Medical, Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
Experience 经验
- Minimum 8 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
- Minimum 5 years brand management experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
- Sales management, medical, strategic planning and anti-infections area experience is preferred
Personal skills 技能
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledges and key customers
- Demonstrate ability in developing marketing strategies
- Demonstrate ability to implement marketing projects in new and innovative ways
- Good communication skill and able to lead in cross function projects
- Good team player
- Fluent written and spoken English level
- Good computer skill, including word/excel/PowerPoint
- 50% time of business travel is required
