City of Hope Medical Group Seeks a Reconstructive (GURS) /General Urologist to Join our Growing Team in Irvine, CA
TheDepartment of Surgery, Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology at City of Hope National Medical Center is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified, board certified (or eligible) Urologistwith a focus on Genitourinary Reconstruction/Cancer Survivorship and General Urology to meet the needs of our growing Urology program in Orange County, California.

Position Highlights:
· The Urologist can look forward to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a world class, nationally recognized team of medical, surgical, and radiation cancer specialists and other health care professionals. Engage in the care of cancer survivorship patients and help build a comprehensive genitourinary cancer survivorship program, in addition to the care of the regional population at large.
· The Urologist would be fellowship-trained with a skill set that offers upper/lower genitourinary tract reconstruction, including usage of the robotic-platform, and the medical/surgical management of male incontinence and erectile dysfunction.
· The Urologist would also be engaged with all aspects of a General Urology practice, inclusive of management of nephrolithiasis and male bladder outlet obstruction.
· Established and expanding referral base in GU Reconstruction, Cancer Survivorship and General Urology in the region.
· Collaborative team environment and wonderful colleagues, within an expansive Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology. Join 3 other fellowship-trained Urologists at Irvine. There are 21 urologists in the COH network in Southern California.
· Opportunity to serve as a faculty for our Genitourinary Cancer Survivorship and Reconstructive Urology Fellowship programs.

Salary Range: $300-350K. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience.

· Ability to grow a busy clinical practice seeing patients with a broad range of Reconstructive Urology and General Urology.
· Academic record consistent with appointment at Assistant or Associate Professor level at City of Hope National Medical Center.
· Selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license, in addition to a California fluoroscopy license.
· Applicants must have a M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent degree, and be board certified or board-eligible.
The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
