This specific position is to serve as the Senior IT Director of Finance enterprise applications in Intel's Corporate Functions organization. This strategic leader is responsible for taking a process-driven, best practices approach that solves for business and customer pain points while maximizing the value of Intel's technology. As the technology enabler of a larger corporate transformation, this role will ensure alignment with overall business objectives while ensuring delivery to one of Intel's most critical large-scale initiatives for integrated and modernized ERP systems and financial enterprise applications.


Directs and manages a team of software engineers and architects responsible for the development and/or validation of software for a specific Intel product segment or technology over multiple areas of the software lifecycle, including design, development, validation, debug, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support. Oversees the development of software across multiple layers of the stack including firmware, drivers, operating systems, software applications and tools, infrastructure, and platforms. Provides direction and goals to the group to ensure efficient operation and sound engineering practices are followed and interacts with stakeholders internal and/or external to Intel. Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a global organization consisting of over 150+ professionals in providing leading technologies and capabilities to Intel's Corporate Functions business stakeholders, including data management and analytics solutions.
Responsible for architecting and deploying ERP solutions supporting central finance applications.
Act as primary IT leader with the various business units, specifically Sales and Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Create the strategic direction, vision and execution of enterprise Finance solutions focusing on collaboration and roadmaps with the various business units and IT teams, driving a competitive advantage for Intel.
Execute on vision to deliver standardized, high-quality processes and IT capabilities to lead Intel's transformation.
Partner with domain experts and business process owners across Supply Chain, Production Order Master Data, Production Execution, External Manufacturing, Order Change Management (Expedites, schedule changes, ship-to changes, etc.), Direct Raw Materials Procurement, Global Inventory Management to deliver Intel's next business process transformation with a specific focus on Finance solution integration.
Grow IT's analytics solutions and Intel's self-service capabilities to accelerate financial insights.
Drive a change across Intel to enable critical work transformation by building strong partnerships with customers and influence the highest levels of management.
Drive for implementation of industry level, state-of-the-art best practices of scalable, high quality data and analytics to cut TTM and reduce TCO. Partner and collaborate with industry leaders to influence advancement in the field and bring novel approaches into Intel to maximize value.
Work closely with the platforms and enterprise architecture team to understand long term strategic changes, full application lifecycle management, plans for landscape simplification.
Shape the organization into a competitive advantage for Intel through attracting top talent, investing in career development and training plans, and developing management and leadership strength.
Role model Intel values, culture and leadership practices to grow pipeline of managers and leaders.
Create a culture of innovation, value, efficiency, and collaboration to empower and motivate a team of professionals.

Qualifications

Experience Required:
10+ years in architecting and deploying ERP solutions supporting central finance applications and business processes.
Demonstration of deep expertise of capabilities and technologies enabling business process transformations across corporate functions organizations, as well as analytics, data management quality and governance and Big Data technologies.
Demonstrated business value delivery, strong program execution and program management.
Deep expertise in central finance business process
Experience with an executive presence
Experience applying strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes. Demonstration of ability to identify threats and opportunities for commercial succession of the enterprise and articulate evolving priorities of the business.
15+ years of IT related work experience with strong track record of superior results in delivering large, complex data services aligned to business outcomes. Possess customer-first mindset.
Established record of success in building high-performance teams, attracting and retaining top talent, developing leaders and driving necessary organizational change.
Experience and deep understanding of enterprise IT from business, technology and operational perspectives, knowledgeable of Six Sigma and scaled Agile.
History of aligning internal partners and processes for the end user and ecosystem value; expert influencer at the highest levels internally and externally.
Track record of strong leadership, management communication, and presentation skills with experience managing and influencing relationships with internal business customers at executive and senior management levels.
Experience collaborating across multiple IT organizations, business partners and stakeholders; operate in an ambiguous environment, think beyond the current boundaries, and question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes.

Experience Preferred:
Deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry beneficial.
Education - BS or equivalent in a related computer science or engineering or related field plus 15+ years relevant leadership experience; advanced degree (MSCS or MBA, etc) a plus; relevant industry certifications a plus.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $217,820.00-$348,500.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
