Introduction

The Incentive Compensation (IC) Vertical IDM Regional Team in Biopharma Ops is hiring an enthusiastic and innovative IC Manager to successfully lead IC operations in IDM.

Incentive Compensation (IC) is a service vertical within Customer Facing Enablement Team in Biopharma Operations. The IC Team is responsible for the delivery of IC Services to allow Customer Facing Colleagues (CFCs) to drive quality at scale in their daily activities whilst serving Business Strategies. This role is part of the IC Vertical IDM Team and will strategically collaborate with the IC Global Organization, Biopharma Ops Leads, Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) and Business Leaders to drive and create value on IC Services in IDM.

What is the impact of this role for CFCs and HCPs? Ensure the right motivation, commitment, engagement, and right behaviors of CFCs to drive the delivery of Pfizer’s product information and knowledge to our HCPs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drives IC Services in IDM:

    • Designs, manages, and administers motivational IC Plans Designs (ICPDs) to drive the right behaviors and performance of the CFCs in alignment with the Business partners strategies.

    • Proactively identifies potential compliance risks and partners with Biopharma Quality to manage these in alignment with Global Minimum Incentive Standards Policy (GMIS).

  • Exercises independent judgement to improve IC service delivery:

    • Streamlines and scales systems across Europe and BUs.

    • Identifies needs for innovation or operational support.

    • Takes appropriate / compliant risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies.

    • Drives alignment to the IC Design and Global IC service catalog definition, processes, enhancements, and strategies.

    • Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning.

    • Ensures the provision of service delivery data and insights to support further its optimization, to enhance effectiveness of daily service delivery operations, and to provide insight for Biopharma Ops.

    • Ensures the usage of Biopharma Ops service delivery tools and platforms.

    • Improves quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs.

    • Ensures all IC service delivery meets aligns with Global Minimum Incentive Standards Policy (GMIS) and Corporate Policies 706 and 707.

  • Defines priorities and allocates resources to drive efficient and effective client engagement:

    • Possesses a deep understanding of business landscapes and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on IC activities.

    • Proactively engages with BU leads to 1) ensure alignment of Biopharma Ops’ client strategies and 2) determine optimal resource allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality CFC engagement

    • Designs and implements the new IC Design capabilities that are part of the vertical roadmap and strategy

What You Offer

Basic Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education

  • 8+ years of commercial experience

  • Incentive Compensation experience

  • Fluency in Russian and English + another language highly appreciated

  • Proven track record of delivering business performance

  • Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation

  • Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences

  • Demonstrated agility to independently drive program completion
