Job Summary:
The Parking Permit Program Administrator coordinates and manages the administrative duties of Moffitt's parking permit program. The Parking Permit Program Administrator participates in the development and implementation of the permit program. The Parking Permit Program Administrator will oversee the permit program with the assistance of the Parking Permit Program Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Parking Permit Program
- Administers the parking permit program with the assistance of the
- Parking Permit Program Specialist.
- Oversees new Moffitt team members parking information and registration.
- Annual team member permit renewal and allocation
- Works with parking vendor representatives in preparation for annual renewal cycle
- Set up and administers team member payroll deductions.
- Determines team member eligibility.
- Coordinates event parking
- DA parking allocations
- Special parking allocations
Administrative duties
- Appropriately responds to email parking email inquiries regarding, costs, allocations, lost permits, registration, and temporary passes.
- Annual renewal communication preparation
- Provides weekly permit allocation reports to Manager.
- Fields phone calls and voice messages
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience parking and transportation services, public parking programs, or public business administration.
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- T2 Systems - Parking Management System
