Data Foundation and Insights (DFI) organization in IT is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work on Data and Analytics solutions to support business units. This role will be responsible for understanding the business requirements, working with Agile scrum team in designing and delivering the world class data and analytics solutions enabling key insights for SMG, Finance, and executives. Expected to work with different scrum teams, architects, and business stakeholders to understand the business process to drive data design and validation of data products that enable reuse and scalability across multiple analytics use cases. Responsibilities will include but not limited to-
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements on data and analytics and serve as liaison between stakeholder and project team.
- Analyzing and influencing best ways to design data products, data marts and data warehousing solutions which can be used by BI professionals.
- Driving alignment to data standards and governance, work as a data quality advocate, providing subject matter expertise or leadership to ensure adherence to data architecture and data quality principles and methodologies.
- Partnering with development team members to guide the implementation of data and analytics solutions, plans and executes testing cycles.
- Performs troubleshooting, solves complex bug issues in production systems or applications, and collaborates with subject matter experts on issues.
- Being viewed by customers as a customer-obsessed IT expert in delivering robust solutions that are scalable, flexible and in line with Intel and industry direction.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related discipline with relevant industry experience.
- Years of experience: 6+ years of relevant data and analytics experience with proficiency in two or more of the following technologies: SAP HANA, SQL Server, Azure Databricks, Snowflake and PBI
- Essential Skills: Data Analysis, Data Management, Database Design, Problem Solving, Requirement Mapping, Test Planning and Execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience working in data foundation related to Sales and Marketing, Finance, SAP domain areas.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Azure and PBI.
- Technical certifications in data and analytics discipline.
- Should be able to create data mockups by joining various data elements in excel and visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards).
- Familiarity with how security works in enterprise systems (access management, authorizations etc.)
- Experience working in SAFE Agile scrum practices.
