Responsibilities
- Oversee one class of state & local public managers from September 2024-August 2025.
- Maintain full day class sessions once per month (approximately 6.5 hours of instruction time for each of the 12 sessions).
- Take attendance for each session.
- Deliver instruction from a pre-determined curriculum that will be provided.
- Have students complete pre-tests, post-tests, and evaluations for each session on the day that will be provided.
- Grade monthly post-session assignments students submit to the Ball State CANVAS learning management system that will be provided.
- Maintain high standards of excellence in line with the National Consortium of Certified Public Managers and Ball State University.

Minimum Experience:
- Master's degree.
- Two or more years of experience managing state, county, city, town, and/or other government-affiliated employees.
- Prior or current work experience in the state of Indiana OR prior or current residency in the state of Indiana
