We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who will play a vital role in our Software development team by ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs, write test cases, and contribute to a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, test planning, writing test plans, execution, and defect reporting.
  • Design and write comprehensive test cases for various functionalities and user scenarios.
  • Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify and document bugs and defects, focusing on usability and edge cases.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve identified issues.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing activities and results.

Qualifications

  • one year of experience as QA Engineer.
  • Proficiency in manual and exploratory testing techniques.
  • Experience testing web-based applications and SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with QA testing methodologies (e.g., Sanity, Regression...)
  • Experience with software testing tools (e.g., Jira, Postman, Chrome dev tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) - an advantage.
  • Kubernetes Experience: Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services, hpa etc.) - an advantage.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
