Position Summary
The Department of Management at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse invites applicants for a full time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor of Management position beginning August 25, 2025. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to teach a variety of Management courses in multiple areas such as Strategic Management, Leadership, International Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Business, Entrepreneurship and/or Human Resource Management.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability and interest in innovative and high-quality teaching, a commitment to scholarly research consistent with AACSB International accreditation standards, and a willingness to engage in university and professional service. A typical semester includes two preparations with a nine-hour teaching load and typical class sizes of 30-35 students. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Management or related field by no later than first review date in Spring of 2026. Prior published peer reviewed work and teaching experience is desirable.
