POSITION SUMMARY
The task of the Administrative Support is to support Category Lead and the employees of the marketing and sales department to be more efficient and more effective in their job. Provide administrative support, project coordinating role during execution of marketing and sales events. Support sales force in their activities with HCPs. Ensure all compliance, MAPP, FCPA and local legislation requirements in all marketing processes in cooperation with marketing managers.
Reporting to Category Lead.
Located in Bratislava, Slovakia.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative work:
Creates an organizational roof for the marketing department activities and sales force Ensure all requirements from the supporting function as finance, safety, medical will be include in daily support Managing departmental activities in according MAPP requirements and local legislation requirement
Marketing and sales events administration:
Ensure smooth marketing / sales events administration (e.g. local/ international congresses, advisory board, round tables, seminars) in cooperation with marketing and sales force team; required documentation and approval for congress attendance& Post meeting reconciliation
Coordination of internal meetings
Communication with suppliers regarding
Purchase Orders, invoices, contracts
ARIBA transaction management – ensures that all transaction are approved in compliance with procurements SOP
MAPP, EFPIA management - managing all marketing and sales force activities according MAPP and local legislation (e.g. Disclosure code) in cooperation with finance, compliance and EFPIA Data Steward
MAPP and FCPA implementation:
Coordination of administrative procedures in accordance with Pfizer polices, MAPP & Country Annex, etc.
Maintenance of all relevant and required MAPP & Country Annex documents and conditions.
Control of all transactions in Ariba Buyer in terms of the FCPA and MAPP. Contact of the FCPA and MAPP between marketing and finance departments for the purposes of the flow of documents (contracts, accrual, etc.).
