What You Will Achieve
The Aseptic Learning Specialist is primarily responsible for delivering required aseptic training within the facility, while ensuring high quality learning and complying with cGMP standards, corporate quality standards and local site SOPs. This role partners with the site training team and operations teams to effectively implement aseptic learning programs in support of business goals and site strategies. It ensures that all colleagues and contingent workers are aseptically qualified prior to performing their GMP responsibilities in the aseptic area.
How You Will Achieve It
Utilizes appropriate training delivery methods including on-the-job, small groups, classroom training, and knowledge-based training, to delivers aseptic learning courses as part of a qualification program to assist in developing a competent aseptic workforce.
Completes training records appropriately and manages training information within the Learning Management System.
Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the learning and development programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Coaches and supports aseptic SME team members to ensure flexibility and maintains engagement in aseptic operations.
Ensuring aseptic training area is maintained in a constant state of compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications
Must-Have
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
A minimum 6 years’ experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment, including:
Solid knowledge of aseptic behaviors and techniques
Solid understanding of the reasoning and the science behind aseptic manufacturing with the ability to explain the “why” regarding it
Demonstrated practical application of theory, with enough credibility in day-to-day aseptic practice to be able to influence appropriate aseptic behaviors
Must be able to gown aseptically and retain certification
Strong competence in performance coaching
Excellent communication (oral/written), facilitation and presentation skills
Technical Training Skills
Nice-to-Have
Bachelor's Degree in education, training and development, microbiology or related field, instructional design, or related fields; and/or demonstrated equivalent experience with proven success
Demonstrated competence in Instructional Design / Adult Learning, SOJT and task analysis

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Job will include aseptic gowning qualification. Standing, walking, and sitting. Must be able to push, pull and/or lift above shoulders. Ability to perform mathematical calculations and data. entry/analysis. Occasional lifting may be required.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This position requires shift work (day or night, depending on position) supporting training needs of a 24-hour/7-day aseptic manufacturing operation
Work Location Assignment:On Premise
