Program: MS Business Analytics
Location: Moraga, CA
This course prepares leaders to address moral issues and challenges that arise in organizations and industry at large. Students will develop a clear understanding of the responsibilities of business in social and government contexts. They will also learn how to anticipate the unexpected moral issues and challenges that arise in their organization and industry at large and respond with integrity by modeling ethical decision making and balancing the needs and interests of stakeholders in a principled manner. They will be equipped to guide the creation of organizational structures and cultures that cultivate ethical deliberation and action.
Qualifications:
-Master's or Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field and a current publication record in the field
Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.
The salary range for this position is $6,480 -$10,008 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021, available here.
