Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technology Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 3 years of experience must include:
- Project Management methodologies to create and lead project plans for Software feature development
- Requirements development to create and gather feature requirements for software development
- Presenting weekly status report to executives/senior leadership team during feature development, reporting on progress of large cross-functional efforts, tracking Software Performance metrics and driving teams to get software ready for customer ship
- Team management: responsible for leading feature development efforts and planning and tracking development work that spans across various cross-functional teams
- Analyzing release health data: Dashboards and Bug Triage required to organize and distill bug to drive resolution
- Schedule and timeline management: for large projects, tracking this throughout the release cycle, managing schedule changes and communicating risks, concerns and mitigation plans
- Release management for large program release schedule
