Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble supplies and materials; set up service area and serve food as required. Set-up, prepare, serve, and maintain proper food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage sales and handling procedures, and other duties related to the concession stand area operations.
- Hand wash and store pots, pans, and food service equipment and
clean equipment, condiment areas, and work area, maintaining sanitation and safety.
Scrape and wash dishes. Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of concession stand area. Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of concession stand area. Disposing of materials properly. - Perform checker/cashier duties using computerized machinery, terminals, calculators, and maintain records which includes but is not limited to: Operate and maintain accurate cash drawer during shift. Count, wrap, and verify money. Keep money and reports secure at all times.
- Properly and legally serve alcoholic beverages in a safe and effective manner.
- Clean equipment and work area, maintaining sanitation and safety.
- Greet customers to ensure positive relationships and positive fan experience.
- Assist in the accurate record keeping of inventory items for both food and beverage items, cash drawer reconciliations, food temperatures, food expiration timelines within a concession stand.
- Set up, operate and clean dishwashing machinery and auxiliary equipment; move dishware and equipment to proper locations.
- Count and record amounts of food prepared and/or served.
- Grill, steam, carve, and prepare food as required.
- Receive, count-in, obtain and maintain supplies for storage areas and concession stand operations.
- Clean, prepare, store, and deliver fresh produce.
- Maintain a professional work environment.
- Wait and bus tables as assigned.
- Enforce all rules and regulations, including but not limited to proper payment of food and that proper procedures are followed by university employees regarding the payment of food; report all violations immediately to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
