Job Title : Protégé Program – Philanthropy and Social Impact
Locations : Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur- Bangsar South
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of PSI project
- Assist in preparing impactful reports for senior leadership, collaborating with cross functional teams to communicate and execute the PSI initiative effectively
- Track and measure project goals and KPI’s and driving continuous improvement and positive impact
- Oversee logistics and management of donations, sponsorships and collaboration with PSI partner, including relationship development and grant reporting
- Provide administrative support and assist with general office duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the PSI department
- The purpose of Protégé Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand
- Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts.
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
- Prepare marketing material and uploading material on Pfizer system
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
- Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
