>Job Summary
This position play a critical role in developing and deploying the alliance strategy to extend market and partner reach and drive revenue through partnership and alliances. With the partnership management skills, Strategic Alliance Businesses can form strong alliances, expand portfolio across TAs, and leverage Pfizer and partner's strengths to achieve shared business objectives. The work of this role supports diversification, market competitiveness, and overall business sustainability through strategic collaboration and partnerships.
>Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the strategic alliance strategy with aligning across business leaders and functional teams.
- Be Responsible for driving the deployment of alliance strategy and monitoring the execution of the agreed action plans.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas with conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships.
- Explore new strategic partnership by identifying strategic partners who are with high quality/capability and willingness to establish long term business collaboration.
- Effectively communicate programs and critical initiatives across internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize the impact of key initiatives and collaboration.
- Own high level and detailed project planning and tracking including timeline, quality, scope, resources, dependencies.
>Candidate Qualification
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 8+ years in partnership management, business development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
- Proven experience in the China pharmaceutical industry, particularly within MNCs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partner qualification and capability
