This position typically works 9:45 a.m. to 6:15 pm Monday- Friday.
The City of Hope Lobby Ambassador provides a high level of customer service to assist with meet and greet, mobility, wayfinding, directions, and connecting patients and families to City of Hope resources.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Meet and greet patients and assist with general information and directional assistance.
- Communicate with other staff and drivers frequently.
- Practice preventative safety procedures.
Your qualifications should include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a customer service role with at least one year providing face-to-face customer service.
- American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $21.63 - $27.19 / hour
The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
