Description & Details:This position provides cloud system administration for collaboration systems (including back-up support for voice services), integration and reporting of divisional data using PowerBI, and assist in the management and operational functions of these services. This position works in a collaborative, team context to implement best practices and architecture, lead projects and associated project teams, mentor colleagues, and provide technical support strategy and coordination with the IT Service Center as well as escalated user support.
Work Schedule:
Typically, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm
Hiring Range:
$66,000 - $70,000+, depending on experience
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related area, OR any bachelor’s degree and three years of direct experience.
In-depth experience with data systems.
Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Strong interpersonal/oral/written communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational/analytical/problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to contribute successfully within a diverse team and extended set of stakeholders, and promote inclusion practices in everyday work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant IT, cloud service administration, data reporting, or related field experience.
Experience providing end-user application or technology support.
Experience using an IT Service Agent tool (e.g., Freshservice, SNOW, etc.).
Advanced working knowledge of PowerBI or similar industry recognized data visualization and reporting tools.
Advanced working knowledge of Google Workspace, O365, Zoom and/or Freshservice.
Experience with administration of Google Workspace, O365, Zoom and/or Freshservice.
Previous experience in higher education environment.
