In this role you will be the AI Business Process Sales & Service Solution Engineer (SE) for your assigned territories and a member of the sales team that consists of AI Business Process Specialist (SSP) and Solution Engineers (SE) to support a number of SME&C UKI customers. 

As a Solution Engineer specialising in AI Business Process transformation for Sales & Service you will lead strategic engagements with deep Customer Engagement domain expertise. Your mission is to drive the technical win by partnering closely with AI Business Process Sales Specialists (SSPs), building trusted relationships with C-Suite executives, Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
