Job Summary:Information and Technology Services (ITS) has an exciting opportunity for an ERP Business Analyst Senior to join the Research Administration Systems Team within ITS.
This position will report to the Assistant Director of eResearch, and will be responsible for supporting eResearch, a set of integrated applications that support research proposals, awards, and compliance reviews. These systems are critical to the University's $2B+ research mission.
This position is currently eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode, this can change in the future at the discretion of the hiring department. Responsibilities:
Provides daily operations and tier three support for applications. Actively coordinates with team members, service support groups, and vendors to effectively resolve incidents and requests
Studies, develops and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of internal procedures, business processes, and systems within the scope of a functional area
Works as liaison among customers to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems
Designs and documents technical requirements for new or modified application features
Configures application features or report features with workflow and reporting tools
Executes test plans to support infrastructure, integrations, software upgrades and releases

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience with demonstrated proficiency with current enterprise technologies and applications
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams, including delivering projects on time and with scope, with a proven ability to provide accurate time/resource estimates and status reporting
Demonstrated experience in conducting business systems analysis, using business process mapping (BPM) tools and techniques to define current and future state processes, develop workflow models, and document requirements
Minimum of four years demonstrated experience in a related role requiring confidentiality, timeliness, customer service, organization, prioritization, creative problem solving, and working independently to successfully conduct systems and process analysis and design
Demonstrated skills in report/dashboard authorship, SQL based query tools
Minimum 4 years? experience providing Tier 2/3 support for enterprise applications, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, data analysis, configuration, implementation of workarounds, and escalation procedures.
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships with stakeholders, customers, technical staff, and vendors through active listening, clear verbal/written communication, frequent customer follow-ups, and conflict resolution
Has some familiarity with the area of research administration/compliance related systems
