CHRISTUS Children's, a world-class 240-bed freestanding children's hospital in San Antonio, serves as a focal point for pediatric services throughout the community. In 2013, CHRISTUS Health finalized an agreement partnering with Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) to recruit, employ, and oversee physicians and advanced practice providers at CHRISTUS Children's.

Summary
CHRISTUS Children's Division of Psychology in the Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine has an immediate opening for a full-time Pediatric Psychologist or Neuropsychologist at CHRISTUS Children's. This position comes with a faculty appointment within the department of pediatrics, a competitive salary, and a full benefits package.
Job Duties
- Conducting outpatient consultations, psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, and evidence-based treatments for pediatric patients at CHRISTUS Children's Psychology Clinic
- Providing consultation to inpatient teams
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams and working with medical subspecialties
- Building clinical and research programs in collaboration with other specialties
- Supervising and teaching pediatric residents, psychology fellow and graduate students

Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree from a Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology APA or CPA accredited program
- Completed an APA-accredited psychology internship in an academic medical setting with a concentration in pediatric assessment or pediatric neuropsychology
- Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in an academic medical setting with a concentration in pediatric assessment or pediatric neuropsychology
- Licensed or immediately license-eligible in Texas
Preferred:
- 2-year pediatric neuropsychology fellowship
- Additional training and experience with Neurodevelopmental disorders/disabilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
